I created, produced and directed 5 recipes to cook with Rompope Coronado. It was a tiny social media campaign for their distributor in the US, Martinez Brands. Rompope is a Mexican version of eggnog with rum, made by the nuns during the colonial period in Mexico. This sweet and delicious drink can be purchased year-round and keeps outside the refrigerator like a sort of Mexican Bailey’s.
